On April 16, a magnitude-7.8 earthquake struck northern Ecuador, killing more than 600 people and injuring 12,000 others. In response, United Bible Societies in Ecuador, with support from American Bible Society’s financial partners, distributed food and water along with Bibles and children’s coloring books. United Bible Societies in Ecuador is also mobilizing hundreds of volunteers to bring the hope and healing of God’s Word to traumatized families.
