Through your support, God’s Word is providing hope to Haitians under attack by armed gangs and bandits.

The people of Haiti have been under siege as escalating violence, political instability, and social unrest shake the country. At last report, Port-au-Prince is occupied by armed gangs, forcing over one million people — including local Bible Society staff and volunteers — to flee their homes. Over half of those left homeless are children.

Churches have been looted, burned, or vandalized, and thousands of Bibles have been maliciously destroyed. People are in distress and in desperate need of emotional and spiritual healing.

The local Bible Society is working diligently to respond to the rising needs, distributing nearly 9,000 Creole and French Bibles in camps for displaced families. Through your generosity, these Bibles have provided a source of spiritual comfort and hope for victims facing devastating life challenges. As part of this outreach, the Bible Society is also planning to distribute kits containing life-saving aid.

Please continue to pray for the people of Haiti, knowing that your support will help bring hope, peace, and healing in the midst of their suffering.
