How do you grow your faith?
While there’s no miracle food that can help your faith grow three times its size overnight, the Bible tells us that God’s Word is nourishment for our souls. Scripture helps us grow in our knowledge and love of God. When we have a relationship with God through Jesus, our lives become like a well-watered garden. And, through the work of the Holy Spirit in our hearts, we can produce fruit that displays the way God has transformed our lives:
The Spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self-control.
Galatians 5:22-23 (GNT)
You can use these nine Bible verses to meditate on the fruit of the Spirit revealed in Scripture. As you read, ask yourself these questions: Where do you see evidence of the Holy Spirit’s transformative work in your life? And where can you ask for God’s help to grow?
As you reflect on God’s Word and seek to grow in your faith, be encouraged. God is always ready to help you!
