As virtual meetings became more commonplace in 2020, the Bible Society saw a wonderful opportunity for believers in Latin America: hosting a webinar series that offered teaching about biblical topics.
Church leaders in nine Spanish-speaking countries realized that online platforms gave them the opportunity to share valuable biblical knowledge with eager participants scattered in towns and cities throughout the region. “This is an opportunity for Bible Societies in Latin America to be able to continue ministry to churches during a time of crisis,” says Pablo Gutierrez, Executive Secretary of the Peruvian Bible Society.
