Especially with Christmas just around the corner, it's good to be reminded of the precious gift we have in the Word of God. Honestly, it's hard for me to imagine not getting the chance to discover the amazing love of Jesus waiting in God's Word.
Sadly, this is the unseen reality for so many around the world today. For each life unreached by the Bible, living with disease, in harm's way, neglected, without food or shelter — the wonder and glory of a God who deeply loves them remains hidden this Christmas.
But let me encourage you that God's Word is alive and active this holiday season. Whether it is in the global expansion of Scripture across India, the powerful renewal right in Bethlehem, the birthplace of our Lord, or thousands of people discovering Scripture in our nation's first capital — lives are being actively changed.
I hope these stories encourage and inspire you, too. Behind every one of them is the life-changing message of the Scriptures.
